Huck lives in beautiful Western Pennsylvania with his handsome husband and their ridiculous Portuguese Water Dog, Humphrey. By day, he is creative director and photographer at a city magazine; in his off hours, he writes grim historicals inhabited by characters who spend too much time in eerie lighthouses, underground abbeys, and haunted prisons. A classically trained musician, he has sung with orchestras, opera companies, and chamber choirs throughout the Northeast. He plays tournament racquetball, teaches handmade-pasta classes, and is now writing his fourth novel.
